Shipping policy

Shipping Address Changes: Send order number and updated shipping address to jm@caveandcanarygoods.com

If you are needing the shipping address of your order changed and the order itself has not shipped, please contact us right away and we can update that address for you. If the order has already shipped and the address is incorrect the order may be returned to us. If returned you will be notified immediately via email. If more than 5 business days pass without a reply, we will re-stock the items purchased and refund the order minus the shipping cost. 

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders:
We do not cover or replace any lost or stolen packages domestic or international. All orders are shipped with care and package carefully by our team. In the event your package arrives damaged due to complications during transit, you will need to reach out to the chosen carrier regarding the eligibility of compensation. We will not cover or replace damaged packages.
Pre-Orders:
Purchasing items that are for pre-order are to only simply ensure that you will get that item. When purchasing items that are for pre-order, please note that this can take up to 30-45 days for fulfillment. When an order is placed that contains a pre-order item, that order will not ship until we receive the product back from our manufacturer. Do not be discouraged if you see online that others have received their order before you as we are processing orders in the order in which they are received and completed by our printer/manufacturer.
Returns/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchange's at this time, due to health and wellness concerns. This applies to all domestic and international orders.
 
International Orders:
We do ship internationally! Due to current events shipping time frames can range anywhere between 30-60 days for delivery and processing. Please note that international shipping can be unreliable. All international customers are subject to the customs laws, duties, and taxes of the destination country. Items can be held by customs for long durations. It is your responsibility to retrieve your package in case of delays. We do not cover any lost or stolen packages or any damage that is inflicted to your order during transit. All orders are packaged with care and to ensure your item(s) make them to you safely. Any discrepancies will need to be brought up with the carrier. If your item is returned to us, we will notify you. In the event, it is returned you will be responsible for paying for any re-shipment charges. Lastly, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments, all sales are final.
 
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Vinyl records and posters are packed in perfect condition. We pack our vinyl and posters as securely as possible in crafted boxes and mailers. Please be aware we DO NOT* issue refunds/partial refunds or replacements for minor cosmetic damage, such as corner dings, bends, split inserts, poster bends, and so on. Once the album leaves our warehouse its handling is not in our control and in some cases this type of wear is unavoidable. 

To help ensure all fans have a chance to obtain an album we have limited it to 3 of any variant per customer. This will help offset the amount of resellers price gauging the albums. 

To ensure all orders are processed correctly and are delivered on we will no longer be combining orders in most cases. To avoid multiple shipments and additional shipping costs please make sure all items you want to purchase are added to your cart before finalizing the transaction.
